Delete your account.

How to request deletion

1. From inside the app — go to Profile → Settings → Delete account. This is the fastest path: your account and data are removed immediately.
2. Via the form below — fill in your registered email address and submit. We will verify your identity and action the request within 7 working days.
3. By email — write to privacy@nudgeai.life from your registered email address with the subject line “Account deletion request”.

What gets deleted

When your deletion request is actioned, the following data is permanently and irreversibly deleted:

• Your account credentials — email address, display name, authentication tokens
• All coaching data — habits, check-ins, reflections, and chat history with the coach
• Device and usage signals tied to your account
• Any notifications or reminders scheduled for you
• All profile preferences and settings

What may be retained

A small subset of data is kept only where we are legally required to do so:

• Transaction records — if you made an in-app purchase, payment records are retained for up to 7 years to comply with Indian accounting and tax law. These records do not contain coaching or habit data.
• Aggregated, anonymised analytics — data that cannot be linked back to you may be retained indefinitely for product research. This data contains no personal identifiers.
• Abuse or safety records — if your account was subject to a safety or abuse investigation, relevant records may be retained for up to 90 days after deletion to protect other users.

Fill in the form below. Make sure to use the email address associated with your Nudge account so we can locate and verify your data.
